I just hired them this year. They did an assessment of my lawn,including soil testing. I have the same person doing my lawn each time. My lawn look the best it had looked in years. They email and text me with their evaluation after every treatment. The office staff are prompt to answer phone calls and settle all concerns with one phone call.
