Again and again, Mr. Derrick is the ultimate professional: HONEST, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. The first time about two or three years ago, he examined our grass which was terrible and said that he could improve it and described his reasons for what he could do and what we had to do. When I talked with him today, he acted the same way when I met him with honesty, knowledge, understanding and patience. Our neighbors over the years comment on how our lawn has improved which is to Mr. Derrick's professionalism and encouragement to do our part. Thank you, Mr. Derrick!!
