Shane is the best ALM representative we could ask for! He always has a smile on his face, texts me in advance so I have time to mow, rake or move the kids’ toys off the yard, and is incredibly understanding if we need to reschedule. He takes care of the yard quickly and efficiently, but always takes the time to say hi to our dog, too. He’s the best!

ALM has been great from the start. They have communicated extremely well from Kristen and Rebecca in the office to Ray that comes out and performs the service. Ray has been very patient with us and has been great to work with. ALM’s hard work has paid off as I get compliments weekly on the yard. As much as I want to take all the credit, I just can’t. Can’t say enough about the ALM staff! Highly recommend them.
