Shane is the best ALM representative we could ask for! He always has a smile on his face, texts me in advance so I have time to mow, rake or move the kids’ toys off the yard, and is incredibly understanding if we need to reschedule. He takes care of the yard quickly and efficiently, but always takes the time to say hi to our dog, too. He’s the best!
