Best service I've used. Started late summer with the understanding it will take a few years to develop, but I had a relatively beautiful yard mid fall! Can't wait to see how it looks next year!! The other two yard companies I tried did not do well with the weeds and the seeding resulted in no new and/or healthy grass.
